Courtland Partners, Ltd is an institutional real estate services firm whose professionals are dedicated to helping their clients maximize the benefits of owning and investing in real estate. At both the portfolio and property levels, we help pension plan sponsors, corporations, financial institutions and other institutional investors make informed, timely decisions about real estate assets and real estate-related holdings.

Courtland's Objectives and Philosophies

Courtland Partners was founded in 1995 by individuals possessing more than 30 years combined experience in real estate investment, development, finance, law, valuation and environmental regulation. Courtland's primary objective is to bring superior real estate expertise to institutional real estate owners and investors. That owner/investor group includes tax-exempt corporate and public pension plan sponsors, endowments, and foundations, as well as taxable investors such as financial institutions, corporations, insurance companies and real estate operating entities.

Courtland's existence is predicated on a simple, but often elusive, ideal: real estate investors should have as much information and input as possible in their decision making processes, from a source that is independent, reliable and acutely focused on the best interests of its clients.

Our firm is an asset to its clients in terms of the experience, resources and approach we bring to the investment process. Of great importance to our clients are the time we dedicate to real estate issues, time which our clients typically cannot dedicate themselves, and the real estate market information we provide on a continuous basis, information which our clients cannot cost-effectively maintain. Courtland is a real estate investment services firm exclusively and we are committed to achieving superior results for our clients.
