To the extent that our firm requires the input of other third-party experts, such as architects, engineers, appraisers, accountants, or the like, we have the relationships and experience necessary to identify and retain such experts on our client's behalf. We carefully evaluate any third-party reports or recommendations for reasonableness before utilizing them in our analyses.

We identify and examine all issues which may impact upon an investment in or ownership of the asset in question, and can actively assist in resolving those issues.
